Every year in fashion and beauty industry a color becomes the topic and for the past year it was the color mauve…specially in the beauty and makeup world. I wanted to put together an outfit that I can do a mauve based makeup. I would say the hardest struggle was the makeup and finding colors that will not make my face look gray since the color itself is a purple with gray undertone. I used Carli Bybel – 14 Color Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette. I used shadows and highlighters from this pallets and they are all pigmented and they blend really nice. I would suggest doing your eye makeup first since dark shadows have a little bit of an fall out and purple fall out can look like a brush under the eye.
& that gorgeous sparkly body suit…like always ASOS came to rescue. I found this very cute body suit and originally i was thinking of styling it with a mauve tone skirt but after putting it together it was a little bit too much for my liking so I paired it with this simple midi black skirt.
