During winter the air gets very dry, there is not much moisture in the air so it directly effects on our skin. I have very dry skin to begin with & I have to do few extra steps to keep my skin looking smooth & glowy. No mather of your skin type, these tips will help you to have smooth & healthy looking skin. In a colder mounts it is better to do this steps 2 to 3 times a week, with warmer mounts once a week would be enough! But again It all depends on how dry your skin is.
Apply a tick amount on dry skin before taking shower. Leave it on for 10-15 min & then take a shower.
Scrub It Off
There is nothing better to use to get rid of flaky skin than scrubbing it. It gets rid of the old skin & makes the skin look more smooth.
Using scrubs that have moisturizing products are the best. Also you can try using a coffee scrub(you can make your own).
In Shower Moisturizer
One of the main steps that changed my skin was moisturizing my skin when it is still wet. when your skin is wet in sinks in the hydration faster and more effective.
there are million kinds of body moisturizers that you can choose from. Always keep in mind the less chemical they have the better they are for your skin. For very dry skin best will be fragrance free & all natural. For creating fragrance in beauty products they use alcohol & that it self makes skin drier. The more simple indigence it has the more beneficial for skin.
A little Bit of Extra Glow
On special occasions or when wearing dress or skirt a little bit of shimmering body glow is the best! It adds a little color & a little glow to skin.
