| FALL TABLESCAPE 2020 |

Dear Noteblair,

This year is not like any other year! I don’t even know if by thanksgiving we would be able to get together or no! But regardless, even if the gathering is small I would still make it special & festive because we still (with everything happening in the world) have a lot to be grateful for!

I love a simple, yet glam table decorations. This year for flowers I wanted to make a gold table runner using baby’s breath. I spray painted them gold however it didn’t come out the gold that I wanted it to be. I was going more towards bright yellow gold, however it came out more antique dark gold so I used a white fabric from Joann’s to make the baby’s breath pop a little bit more. Then I added white roses in random places on the table. If you are prepping your table the day before your event, I would highly suggest using the water tubs so the flowers stay fresh. You can hide the tubs underneath the baby’s breaths.

For the centerpiece I just added few pampas to give it that fall vibe. You can add any beige color flower. Dried bunny tails will look fantastic too!

The placements are a bit of bohemian check which I love a little hints of it here & there! But if you want to go for a glam one, I really like these glass chargers.

For the plates I went with the mercer dinner plates from Crate and barrel. If we are being totally honest I would probably use a disposable plates if the guest list was more than 6 people. There are so many chic ones out there. To add a glam I went with my favorite simple gold Target silverware. If you are going the disposable route, these are my absolute favorite that I always repurchase! They don’t even look disposable & the quality is amazing!

For glassware I went with the Ikea ones. I just love that they are not for any specific wine & they can be even used for cocktails! For the coasters of course I had to include my Agate coasters from Anthropologie. They have that beautiful gold rim that pops and goes well with the gold details.

And the final touch, the individual charcuterie boards! With the covid happening I think this is a great way to decorate each plate! You can put anything you want in your little boards. I used salami, cheese, cracker, strawberry, blue berry, grapes, prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, cashew. I used cocktail Toothpicks & added olives, pickles, cherry tomatoes & fresh mozzarella. A great way to add a little color & also everyone can snack on it while having drinks!

Here is the 202 tables cape set up & I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did creating it. I vlogged the process so checkout this video for some behind the scenes. . I hope with everything happening in 2020 you still can see positivity & find something to be thankful for because life itself is a gift that we need to be thankful for it.

I’m thankful for every single one of you!
