| Foods for skin |

Dear Noteblair,

One of my biggest motivations to eat good is my skin. What you consume on daily significantly effects not only on your weight, metabolism, organs but also your skin. Ever since becoming a skincare junkie I research high & low to see how foods effect my skin & you wouldn’t believe how much my skin has changed. I became vegetarian in 2015 & now I am vegan 6 days a week & that is because I love love love cheese! I allow myself only 1oz cheese a week and that is the only dairy I consume. I’m not gonna lie it was very difficult at the beginning but it got so easier as I researched my way on how I can make healthy foods that are good for my skin I would actually enjoy eating them. There are some foods that are like internal medicine for your skin & I try incorporate them somehow in my daily food. Of course I don’t have all of them in one day but i try to make a habit of making these foods and consuming them as much as I can.

Avocados
They are full in healthy fats & getting enough of them result in internal moisturizer not only for your face but your whole body. they continual vitamin E which is an antioxidant that helps protect skin from oxidative damage.

Sweet potatoes
Contains vitamin A which is what retinol is made out of. it acts like a natural sun block as well.

Red or yellow bell peppers
Bell peppers are an excellent source of beta-carotene, which basically turn to vitamin A in our body. In addition to vitamin A they are great source of vitamin C as well which our body needs for collagen production.

Green tea
amazing source to protect skin from damage and aging. Reduces redness of the skin as well. Green tea also improved the moisture, roughness, thickness & elasticity of the skin as well.

Kale

A very rich source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C, both of which are essential for boosting collagen and building glow. I personal can only have kale when in smoothie or I make a kale chips.
How to bake Kale chips: I use avocado oil & pink salt on it. Putting it into oven 300° for about 25-35 minutes.

Berries
Great source of antioxidants which is amazing for anti aging 7 wrinkles. I usually stick to only strawberries.
