
Ingredient
- Potato Gnocchi
 - Chicken – chicken breast
 - Mushroom – 5 large
 - Garlic -4 coves
 - Spinach – 2 cups
 - Gnocchi – 1 bag
 - Sun dried tomatoes half a can
 - Half and half creme -half a cup
 - Mozzarella – half a cup
 - Parmesan cheese -1/3 cup
 - Salt 2
 - Pepper
 - Turmeric
 
How to make it
Using the oil in sun dried tomatoes fry the chicken with , garlic, salt , pepper & turmeric. I like them crispy! when chicken is completely cooked add spinach, mushroom, sun dried tomatoes & half an half. Let it sit for 5 minutes. 
Prepare a boiling water pan & drop the Trader Joe’s potato gnocchi in it with some sea salt  & a dash of oil in the water. Don’t boil it for more than 4-5 minutes. 
While the gnocchi is cooking add your cheese to your pan, or you can put the cheese as a side so it doesn’t melt in your pan. 
That is it! Pour yourself a glass of rose with ice & you have yourself the fastest & the yummiest gnocchi.
