Dear Noteblair,

  1. Embrace the loneliness: This is the time for you to reinvent yourself. Write down things you like & don’t like about yourself. Work on changing things you don’t like & improve on things you do like.
  2. Stop complaining: I know easier said than done.Just start noticing when you are complaining & do your best to stop yourself as much as you can. With complaining comes this negative energy & I’m sure you don’t want to be in a negative mindset.
  3. Fix your posture: Not only it is good for your overall health, it also is sign of confidence.
  4. Surround yourself with people who make you feel good: Not people who make you feel like you are not good enough or all they have to offer is gossip about others. Having people around that add value to your life is such a life changing experience.
  5. Take time for yourself: Either thats a solo night in watching your favorite tv show or it is a getting a pedicure, set aside one day a week to rest & make you feel like you again. Life can get busy & draining so a recharge is always needed for your soul.
  6. Have goals: They don’t have to be too big or extreme. It can be your daily task. But have something that you work towards for bettering yourself. You can learn a new skill or adopt a new hobby. Having a unique purpose that is your own is such a fulfilling experience.
