| HOW TO CLEAN THE SMOKE FROM CANDLE JARS |

Dear Noteblair,

I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t like the smoke on candle jars. Most of the times by turning the candle on correctly you can avoid this issues but sometimes the wick creates smoke & you can’t avoid it. Here is how you clean your candle jars.

-First cut the wick & make sure it doesn’t have that extra burn at the tip. (Don’t cut it to short obviously)

-Wet a paper towel & wet it. squeeze the extra water out

– Gently start cleaning the smoke. (if you have a hard time with it add a little hot water to your towel.

-If you would like to remove the extra bit of wax that is left on the glass take a butter knife wrap the wet paper towel around it (I would suggest wetting the paper towel with warm water) & scrub the jar gently.

-At the end go over it with a dry paper towel and clean all the edges. this will remove the spots left behind completely.

In case you want to read more about candles here is how to take care of candles for them do burn equally & last longer.
