| MOTHERS DAY HIGH TEA TABLESCAPE |

Dear Noteblair,

One of my favorite tabelscapes to set up every year is mothers day. With it being Spring I always like to go for pastel colors & this year was no exception. If you watched my recent haul you would have seen my new Royal Albert pieces. I have been collecting my collection of Royal Albert pieces for years & these new pieces inspired me to do a high tea tablescape for mothers day brunch.
This Spring I’m very into PINK so I decided to do pink flowers. The Royal Albert pieces are so colorful so you can go with any color, even white will look fantastic. I wanted to have a row of flowers so I went for vases that were super narrow so they didn’t need much flowers. I was having hard time finding narrow vases, however these champagne glasses were exactly what I was looking for. I got all the flowers from Trader Joes for super inexpensive & speeded them equally.
To bring in more pink I added this beautiful chiffon table runner. The size was absolutely perfect for our table. I personally like a messy look so I tried to bunch it up in areas & I hold the fabric in place with vases.
Used clear chargers since the plates were already colorful & I didn’t want the table to look too busy. Adding in the gold silverwear to tie in with the gold of the tea cups.
Added the white napkins with a little flower in them for an extra touch. & what gives these table a beautiful colorful look are these Miranda Kerr for Everyday Friendship Accent Plate . The star of the show for me were the limited edition 100 Years Teacup & Saucer Set that I got when I was visiting London in 2016.
One thing I forgot to add to my tablescape as I had a mimosa bar in mind was wine glasses.I would suggest these Coupe Glasses. They work fantastic for champagne, cocktail & even wine.
I will link my favorite Royal Albert serving trays. My favorite ones are the 2 or 3 tier ones as they don’t take up much space on the table.
