We all know my self care game is strong most of the year, however there is something special about the extra TLC during colder months. Burning a candle, watching a christmas movie inPJ while having face & hair mask on just sounds like perfection! I focus a lot on hydration head to toe for colder months so here are some of my must haves beauty products for the colder months.
Elemis Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm
This is an essential for all year round but specially for colder months it is an essential! it is the most hydrating make up remover. Gently removes the make up & cleanses, leaving skin super smooth & soft. It is a must have in my everyday skincare.
Patchology FlashPatch Rejuvenating Eye Gels
I’m not the biggest fan of eye creams. I feel like I can never find the one that I can use on daily & not get milia under my eyes. That is why I love using these under eye gels. As the colder months come around it is very important to keep skin hydrated so I love using these gels every morning before applying my make up. I always leave them on as long as I can.
Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream
I have not stopped talking about this cream every since I got it! It smells heavenly, super hydrating & it does not leave that oily slippery residue behind. It also never disturbs my tan as I self tan all year long. It is the best hydrating cream.
Pure Radiance by CALA Moisturizing Foot Masks
I LOVE putting this foot masks on and then wear my cosy warm socks on top of it and leave it for as long as I can. I usually put them on while I’m on the couch watching movie. they are super hydrating & also it keeps my tan looking nice & fade without creating patches.
Bio-Oil Skincare Oil
I don’t like to use oil on my body every day, however I love using t once a week in combination with my body cream. I put few drops in my body cream & then apply all over my body. Specially on the nights that I want to remove my tan the next day I will indulge my body into this oil and sleep i it & in the morning my tan comes off so easy while my skin is super soft.
Sheet mask
We all know how obsessed I am with sheet masks! They are an absolute must have for me during colder months! I love my amazon sheet masks but if you want to go for something luxurious I love the Guerlain Super Aqua intense hydration masks. Love using them before make up & also after using a pore cleansing masks.
Lip mask
I’m not the biggest lip balm person. I love going for hydration lipsticks during the day & for night time I love using a lip mask for super hydrating effect.I love using lip masks as a lip gloss as well if my lips are super dry. 2 of my favorites are the Summer Fridays lip balm which not only looks stunning on the lips but it also tastes & smells good. My other favorite is the Laneige lip sleeping mask. It is super hydrating & looks great on its own as well since it has a little pinky undertone.
Overnight hair serum
Beside my favorite Olaplex #3 hair mask I love using overnight hair treatments that doesn’t need to be washed in the mornings as well. My hair is already dry so during the colder months it just gets a bit more frizzy & needs a little bit more care. I love using the shu uemura Essence Absolue Nourishing Taming Overnight Serum or the Kérastase Blond Absolu Overnight Recovery Treatment for Lightened Hair. They both work fantastic.
