| IDEAS FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT |

Dear Noteblair,

As much as I don’t believe in new years resolutions, I always believe in setting new goals & bettering myself. Not that you need a new year to set new goals but it always seems like a good idea to set up lists of new things that you want to achieve that year. This year one of my new years resolutions is to improve myself not only in my career, also in my personal life. I put together a list of things I would love to achieve. Remember to keep it fun & don’t make it feel like a chore.

+ Learn a new language – I’m not good at learning a new language at all, however this year I would like to learn at least few words or like sentences in French.
+ Be more physically active. It can be a workout, hiking, dance….
+ Less screen time – That includes social media & even tv time. Very easily we can spend hours scrolling through social media or bing watch 10 episode of tv show.
+ Read more books – Not only I love reading books, I love listening to them as well. My goal is to read more than 100 books this year.
+ Learn a new skill – It can be in my career or even an art class.
+ Make life more fun – Be more adventures & create more good memories. We are never getting this moments back.
+ Have more patient – I need to be better at this. No good comes out of being in a rush. I want to learn to be more chill & go with the flow a bit more.
+ Be more organized – Clean & organize on daily & make sure everything has a place.
+ Stick to a routine – I love routines & they always help me be more productive.
+ Let go of negative thoughts – Overthinking, specifically negative overthinking can have such a bad effect on life. So I want to force myself to have more control over my thoughts, specially when I’m anxious.
+ Take one day a month to do whatever you want with no guilt.
+ Sleep more – Making sure I get 8 hours of sleep every night.
